上禮拜看了Advance之後心有所感所以寫了日記
因為很激動的關係　所以首度寫了英文信給Advanced
想要分享我的心情　也謝謝他們，因為他們所編輯的文章
讓我找回了一點最初的感動

Dear Bill :

Hi, I am a reader of Advanced magazine, I have listened Advanced about 5 years, but this is the first time I try to write a letter to studio classroom.I’m not always listening class on time, I was lazy last years, so I’m listening the course in July, 2009.



Today I just read about the article of Bob Blackwell, who fights with Alzheimer’s disease. I am touched.



I am a PhD student now, all I deal with is papers, examinations, experimentation….I loss my passion and my dream. I poorly recall why I want to be a scientist, I just want to publish a paper then I can get my degree.



Until right now, after I reading this article, I remind the reason why I want to be a scientist, it is because I want to help people who suffer from all kinds of disease. If I can find a solution of any kind of disease, it can make many people live better. In a long time, I have struggled with experimentation, just for make paper, not for my passion. Without passion, the process is boring.



I’m just happy about reminding the reason why I’m studying PhD. So I want to share with you, thank you put this wonderful story in advanced.

等了幾天都沒有回音
想說他們可能很忙吧
畢竟應該有很多人寫英文信給他們

我想這些老師他們真的都很樂在工作
我很喜歡的一個老師Bill常常在節目和他的Blog上說
他很喜歡他的工作
感覺的出來這些老師們的用心
因為雜誌中的文章絕對不會是隨便找幾篇文章就算數了
他們要收集各種主題的文章　還要自己融會貫通的編輯　設計
除了學習英文　從文章中得到對於生活的啟發或感動
更是對他們的一種肯定

其實這也是我想要寫信的原因
